IS AL-ANON FOR ME?

Al‑Anon is a mutual support program for people whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking.

By sharing their experience, strength, and hope, and applying the principles of Al-Anon, families and friends of alcoholics can bring positive changes to their own lives.

Participation in Al-Anon does not require the alcoholic to admit the existence of a drinking problem or to be seeking help themselves.

We offer quizzes which may help you to determine if Al-Anon is for you.
